Chen Quan (Chinese language|Chinese: ??????) is a People's Republic of China|Chinese astronaut selected as part of the Shenzhou spacecraft|Shenzhou program.

Chen was born in Suining, Sichuan province in China.

He joined the PLAAF and became a fighter interceptor pilot and later as a regiment commander in the People's Liberation Army Air Force.


Career as a Taikonaut


Chen was selected to be an taikonaut in 1998 and remains in training.
