Derek Chan ????????? (born June 24, 1989) was the second and last external president (???????????????) of Hong Kong Secondary Students Union. He was elected into the executive committee of the union on January 16, 2005. He was the younger brother of founder and member of Executive Committee of Hong Kong Democratic Development Network, Anna Chan (??????). He resigned on September 11, 2005 citing personal reassons. His post was then officially abolished.
