The Peak is 222 metres in height. East side is Tseung Kwai O Chinese Permanent Cemetery. West side is Yau Tong. The hill extends it ridge south to water in Lei Yue Mun and north to Chiu Keng Wan Shan. Wilson Trail on Kowloon starts at and rounds Devil's Peak.
