Frank Wu was the winner of the 2004 Hugo Award for Best Fan Artist. He lives in Palo Alto, CA, though he spends much time going from Convention Art Show to Art Show. Having been nominated in 2002 and 2003, Frank won the 2004 Best Fan Artist after having twice received the most first place votes. He works in many media, including Digital Painting and acrylics.
