The Heung Yee Kuk (鄉議局, literally 'rural consultative agency') is a statutory advisory body in the New Territories, Hong Kong. It is established by the Heung Yee Kuk Ordinance (Chapter 1097, first enacted December 11, 1959 as 45 of 1959 originally). It also provides a functional constituency in the Hong Kong Legislative Council elections.
Over the years the organisation has dabbled into charity work. For example, in 1966, it donated HK$660,000 to start a school in Yuen Long known as Heung Yee Kuk Yuen Long District Secondary School.
