Ian Leung (梁鍵瑋) (born 1987), was the second president of the Hong Kong Secondary Students Union (2005). He is a graduate of Diocesan Boys' School (from 1999 to 2005). He got 8 distinctions in the HKCEE. He was one of the twenty awardees for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Outstanding Student Election 2004. He is currently studying Architecture in Tsinghua University. He was not so enthusiastic to go to the front, so he did not take part in all demonstrations and assemblies, regardless of the main theme of those activities. He resigned on August 6, 2005 citing "personal reasons" and Billy Shui, the internal vice-president, became the acting chairman til the end of the term.
