Town Central
Industry Zone Kwun Tong is one of the industry zone in Hong Kong, the factories had been built since 1950's. These industrial areas are mainly located in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong, and Yau Tong. Because the importance of industry in Hong Kong is fading out, many factories were tore down and commercial buildings are constructing to replace them. Residential Zone The residential areas in Kwun Tong are mainly located in Ngau Tau Kok, upper Kwun Tong Central, Sau Mau Ping and Lam Tin. Kwun Tong is served by the Kwun Tong Line (6 stations) and the Tseung Kwan O Line (1 station) of the MTR metro system. Roads that serving the area include:
