The Mainland Affairs Council (MAC; Chinese language|Chinese: 大陸委員會; pinyin: D??l?? W??iyu??nhu??) is a cabinet-level administrative agency under the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China. The Mainland Affairs Council is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of policies between the Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. It is the Taiwanese counterpart of mainland China's Taiwan Affairs Office.
