Pouchong

Wikipedia

Pouchong (包種茶 pinyin Baozhong) is a very lightly oxidized tea somewhere between green tea and what is usually considered Oolong.

Its name in Chinese, literally "the wrapped kind", refers to a practice of wrapping the leaves in paper during the drying process that has probably died out. It is produced mainly in Fujian on the Mainland China|Mainland and in Taiwan. At its best it gives off a floral fragrance and has a rich, mild melony taste.
