Sandrine Holt (born November 19, 1972 in London, England), originally named Sandrine Ho is a model turned actor|actress. She was born to a Han Chinese|Chinese father and a France|French mother. At the age of five, she moved Toronto, Ontario, Canada; which has become her home since. Before become an actress she worked as a runway model in Paris. Sandrine Holt debuted as an actress in 1991, appearing in Black Robe by Bruce Beresford. She's played characters of various ethnic origin. She has starred as a Polynesian in Rapa Nui (film)|Rapa Nui (1994). She has starred as Chinese in the tele-movie and subsequent TV-show Once a Thief (by John Woo, based on his Once a Thief Hong Kong movie). Her most recent, major film role, was as a latino reporter in the 2004 film Resident Evil: Apocalypse.
