The Supreme People's Court (最高人民法院; pinyin: Zu??gāo R??nm??n Fǎyu??n) is the highest court in the judicial system of the People's Republic of China. Hong Kong and Macao, as special administrative regions, has their own separated judicial systems based on common law traditions and Portugal|Portuguese legal traditions respectively, and are out of the jurisdiction of the SPC.
