spoiler Story of Meng Yi Meng Yi, played by Jackie Chan, was a brave and loyal general serving the Qin emperor. He was sent to escort Princess Ok-Soo, played by Kim Hee-sun, back to the Qin capital city. Princess Ok Soo was sent to be the Qin Emperor's first concubine in order to save her homeland from being conquered. On the way from her homeland to the Qin territory, she was kidnapped and it was Meng Yi who saved her many times from danger and stayed by her side. Later on, the two fell in love with each other profoundly, however, they were unable to reveal their feelings because of their positions. Later, the Qin Emperor fell sick and was on the verge of death. Meng Yi, being loyal to the Emperor, volunteered to bring the immortal medicine. The guards escorting the medicine had been attacked in an ambush by rebels, so Meng Yi appeared with his troops and had a fierce battle with the rebels. Eventually, Meng Yi managed to hand over the medicine to his deputy, Nangong Yan but he fell in battle. Princess Ok-Soo declared that she will wait for Meng Yi and she does even over two thousand years. The evil minister which was in league with the rebels had her try the medicine and it allowed her to live forever in the floating palace which the Qin Emperor had built. Story of Jack Jack was a reincarnation of Meng Yi and worked as a modern day archeologist. He kept having dreams about himself as a general, rescuing a far-away princess from danger. His travels took him to the tomb of a Dasar King, where he found a sword related to his past life. Jack's pal, William (Tony Leung), caused some trouble in the tomb and Jack ended up being chased by the police. An Indian girl (Mallika Sherawat|Mallika) rescued him from the police and helped him return back to his home. Jack further explored until he found the floating palace, where he met Princess Ok-soo and Nangong Yan, whom had survived for two thousand years...
