Tsang Kung(Pinyin: Cang1 Gong1). Sima Qian in "Shihchi Bian que Cang Gong Biography", has written his biography. Tsang Kung, also called Tai Tsang Kung, whose surname is Chun Yu, and first name is Yi. Tsang lived in the early Han Dynasty (B.C. 205- ca. B.C. 140), was born in the Linzi. And because he managed the capital city warehouse, he was called as Cang Gong.
He is known for starting using clinical records and case histories so that doctors would be able to develop prognosis based on prior experience. This work was largely lost and restored only during the 20th century.
