Fan Kuan (范寬 ca. 990 - ca. 1030) was a Taoism|Taoist painter in Song Dynasty. Kuan is listed as the 59th of the 100 most important people of the last millennium by Life magazine|Life magazine.

Kuan painted the seven feet tall "谿山行旅? Travelers Amid Streams and Mountains". It is an example of the landscape style of painting. It is also a model for other Chinese artists. Kuan based the painting on the Taoist principle of becoming one with nature.
