Supreme People's Procuratorate (simplified Chinese: 最高人民检察院; pinyin: Zu??gāo R??nm??n Fǎyu??n Jiānch?? Y??an) is the highest agency at the national level responsible for prosecution in the People's Republic of China. Hong Kong and Macao, as special administrative regions, has their own separated judicial systems based on common law traditions and Portugal|Portuguese legal traditions respectively, and are out of the jurisdiction of the SPP.

The current Procurator-General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate is Jia Chunwang (贾春旺), and the Chief Grand Procuratorate is Han Zhubin (韩杼滨).
